Eric Long has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Director of Prepared Food & Dispensed Beverage, Director of Packaged Beverages, and Director of Private Brands at Casey's since March 2020. Prior to this role, Eric held multiple positions at Hy-Vee, Inc. from October 2014 to October 2019, including Group Vice President of Private Brands and Assistant Vice President of Private Brand Innovation. Eric's earlier career includes a position as Senior Business Manager at Daymon Worldwide from August 2000 to October 2014 and General Manager at Sure Good Food Distributors from June 1993 to August 2000. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Syracuse University, obtained between 1989 and 1993.
