Sumit Anand

Sumit Anand is an experienced professional in the field of after-sales service and operations management, currently serving as General Manager at Cashify since November 2022, overseeing a repair business with over 190 retail outlets across India. Prior to this role, Sumit held key positions at Haier Appliances India Pvt Ltd as Head of Mobile Devices, where significant achievements included onboarding after-sales service partners and restructuring service processes, as well as previously managing after-sales for mobile devices. Sumit also served as Deputy General Manager at Reliance Jio, where responsibilities included formulating after-sales policies and negotiating vendor agreements. Earlier roles include Manager of Sales & Service at HCL Infosystems, National Customer Service Manager at Kaon India Pvt. Ltd, and Regional Customer Service Manager at ZTE Telecom India Pvt. Ltd.
