Beth Sass has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Beth is currently serving as the SongArts Chair for the Nashville branch of The Society of Composers & Lyricists. In 2014, they began their own musical venture, WEBS: Beth Sass with Walter Egan, where they work as a Singer Songwriter and Recording Artist. Beth has also established their own company, Beth Sass Music, since 1990, where they serve as a self-administered Singer Songwriter, Composer, Lyricist, and Publisher. Additionally, they were the Founding Director of the Nashville office for Richard Gibbs' Malibu Composers Breakfast Club starting in 2018. Beth Sass has also been an Endorsed Digital Keyboard Artist for Casio USA since 2015. Previously, they worked as a Singer Songwriter Composer for Imaginary Friends Music Partners Music Library from 2016 to 2021. Beth was an Elite Vocal, Piano, Composition Instructor at World Music Nashville from 2011 until 2020. Beth Sass's earlier experiences include touring as a Keyboardist/Vocalist for various renowned music groups such as The Platters, The Coasters, The Drifters, The Shangri Lah's, The Marvelettes, Crystals, and The Tokens from 1990 to 2000. Furthermore, they worked as a Staff Songwriter for Maypop Music Group/Alabama Band/Multimedia Music from 1976 to 1986.

Beth Sass attended Berklee College of Music where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Traditional Composition. However, no specific start or end years are mentioned for their education at this institution.
