David Starling

David Starling is an experienced professional with a diverse background in military operations and corporate security. Currently serving as an Airborne-Amphib Paraloft Subject Matter Expert at Cask Government Services since October 2021, David has previously held positions in asset protection and security at Target, where a focus on sales support and theft resolution was established. Prior to this, David served as a Registered Representative at Western & Southern Life, providing financial guidance to Veterans. A distinguished military career includes roles as Company Gunnery Sergeant and Parachute Operations Team Leader in the Marine Raider Regiment, where leadership in parachute operations and training was demonstrated. David also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the American Public University System.
