Tiago Sanches

Tiago Sanches is a co-founder and master distiller at GinT - Premium Spirits, a position held since 2017, drawing on two decades of experience in leading teams and building enterprises. They previously served as a business manager at TV Cabo Interactiva and a business unit manager for both Sika Portugal and Gamobar. Tiago also co-founded CaskBlock in 2024 and currently holds the role of co-managing partner at Somatica, Materials & Solutions. Their educational background includes an MBA from Porto Business School and a licenciatura in Electrical Engineering from the Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto. Tiago has been actively involved in various leadership and mentoring roles, including serving as vice-president of the A3EGP - EGP Alumni Association and volunteering with Junior Achievement Portugal.
