Jon Merchant

Jon Merchant has extensive experience in software development and technical application engineering, primarily focused on the ServiceNow platform. Since November 2016, Jon has held various roles at Cask, including Associate Director of App Experience, Delivery Manager, and Technical Architect, specializing in building custom web applications using ServiceNow's Service Portal and AngularJS. Prior to this, Jon served as a Senior Application Engineer at Academy Mortgage Corporation, where custom portals and applications were developed for business needs. Additional roles include web development positions at Tactix Creative, ShiftLogik Inc., Proponent IT, and Flying J Communications, as well as technical support roles at ADP and Packard Bell. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Steven Henagers, earned between 2002 and 2005.
