Michael Drew has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. Michael began their career in the USMC Reserves from 1988 to 1996, serving as a Staff Sergeant and Intelligence Chief. Michael then worked as a Professional Services Consultant at Firstwave Technologies from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they joined WebTone Technologies as a Solutions Architect, specializing in Contact Management e-Commerce solutions. In 2002, Michael joined Bank of America, first as a VP and E-Commerce Manager responsible for online financial services for Military Banking. Michael then became the SVP of Retail Infrastructure Engineering/IT Services Management. From 2016 onwards, they have been employed at CASO Inc. as the SVP of Professional Services, where they oversee client engagements, business solution implementations, and product maintenance.
Michael Drew attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems, General. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ITIL v3 Foundations certification from Learning Tree International in March 2014 and the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2011.
