Baranger Justine

Baranger Justine is the current Directrice Justice at CASP-ARAPEJ. Previously, they held the role of cheffe de service PAD pénitentiaire at CASP from 2019 to 2023 and served as Chargée de mission accès aux droits et aux services publics at Défenseur des droits from 2017 to 2019. Justine has extensive experience in the field of law, having worked as a Coordinatrice at CDAD Guyane and a Juriste droit des étrangers at CRPV Guyane. They hold multiple degrees in law, including a Master 2 in Droit de l'Homme from Université Lumière.
