Jimmy Cheng

Jimmy Cheng is currently the head of the Technology Intelligence Center at Synopsys, where they drive corporate strategy on emerging technologies and collaborate with the VC community, startups, and academia. Previously, as Chief of Staff at Synopsys, they led the EDA R&D division, achieving significant revenue growth. Additionally, Jimmy has co-founded companies like Alliie and served on various boards, including JC Company and CASPA, while holding advisory roles at Berkeley SkyDeck and Myriad Venture Partners. They hold a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in the same field at the University of Arizona.
