Jayson Kolb

Jayson Kolb is the current Director of Production & Supply Planning at Casper. Prior to this, they were the Sr. Supply Planning Manager at e.l.f. Cosmetics from July 2017 to March 2019. Jayson has also worked as the Demand Planning Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from November 2011 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining SKU market and customer group forecasts in the SAP APO system, preparing various reports and diagnostic measures to assess and recommend a course of action for the operational forecast in SAP APO, and revising forward forecasts with Supply Chain, Sales, and Finance teams by assessing variances of actual sell thru performance as compared to plan. Jayson has also assessed the influence of newly launched products upon existing products to identify trends in substitution or complement products.

Jayson Kolb earned their B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Rutgers University and their M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Rutgers Graduate School of Education.
