Jeany Lu

Jeany Lu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service, sales, and research. Currently serving as a Product Consultant at Casper since October 2019, Jeany is a founding member of the Product Consultant division and excels in delivering exemplary customer experiences through various inbound channels. Previous experience includes a role as a Specialist at Apple, where Jeany contributed to team support, sales, and training, and served as a Team Supervisor at MUJI U.S.A. Limited, overseeing departmental operations and sales strategies. Additionally, Jeany completed a Research Internship at Columbia University focusing on the stress experiences of young adults post-9/11. Jeany holds a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Long Island University, earned between 2020 and 2023.
