Julia Chen

Julia Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in retail and wholesale planning. Currently serving as a Wholesale Planner and previously as a DTC Planner and DTC Assistant Planner at Casper since March 2022, Julia has developed a strong expertise in inventory management and sales strategy. Julia's prior roles include Merchandise Assistant at The TJX Companies, where oversight included $15 million in inventory across over 80 vendors, and various merchandising and sales positions at Bloomingdale's, where responsibilities included executing visual displays and driving sales through vendor collaboration. With a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and Supply Chain Management from Syracuse University, complemented by a minor in Information Technology Management, Julia brings a comprehensive skill set to the retail industry.
