Ian Faison

Ian Faison has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ian is the CEO and Founder of Caspian Studios, where they focus on creating and growing podcasts for B2B enterprise companies. Additionally, they serve as an Advisor for Qualified, a company specializing in conversational marketing. Ian has also worked as a Mentor at GrowthX Academy, connecting young talent to high tech startups, particularly military veterans. Ian co-founded The Mission, a media company, where they built a successful publication on Medium and created multiple podcasts. Furthermore, Ian has held positions as the Founding Partner at VETCON and Strategic Business Development Manager at Victory Media where they established strategic partnerships with veteran entrepreneurs and business owners. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Ian served in the US Army, where they held various roles in human resources management and played a key role in managing personnel transitions during the drawdown in Afghanistan.
