Kyle Rusca has held several roles throughout their work experience. Kyle began their career at iClick as an Inside Sales Rep, responsible for sales and growth in the Midwest territory. Kyle then joined Sesame Communications as a Territory Manager, where they managed and developed a geographic region. After that, they worked at Power Pro Leasing as the Director of On-Boarding. Currently, they are working at Caspian Studios, initially as the Head of Customer Success and later as the Chief Customer Officer.

Kyle Rusca attended the University of Puget Sound from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their field of study included Business General and African American Studies.
