Caspiantech JSC was established on January 19, 2010, to assess and develop the investment potential of the sports betting sector in Azerbaijan.

Topaz, the commercial brand of Caspiantech, launched in 2011 as the only licensed sports betting operator in the country.
Between 2012 and 2019, Topaz served as the title sponsor of the Azerbaijan Premier League.
In 2013, the company expanded its portfolio by introducing greyhound racing and initiating the distribution of national lottery products in partnership with Azerlotereya.

Today, users can engage with our ecosystem through the Topaz Fan Club mobile application, alongside a nationwide network of 500+ retail outlets and agents.
