John Sorrell

John Sorrell is a clinical psychologist with over 15 years of experience helping patients manage chronic pain. John currently serves as the Digital Health Director at X2AI, a company that creates artificial intelligence-based treatments for mental health conditions. Prior to joining X2AI, John worked as a pain psychologist at the Veterans Administration, where they helped veterans suffering from chronic pain conditions. John has also worked as a clinical psychologist at the County of San Mateo and in private practice. John is a strong advocate for using evidence-based treatments to help patients manage chronic pain and is passionate about using technology to improve access to mental health care.

John Sorrell has a BA, MA, and PhD in Psychology from West Virginia University. John also has a high school diploma from Winston Churchill High School.
