Tom Schaper

Tom Schaper has extensive experience in information technology, particularly in the domain of payment processing systems. Since June 1994, Tom has served as the Manager of Internal Programming at Cass Information Systems, overseeing a team responsible for EDI and global payment processing, while successfully transforming the payment systems to a service-oriented architecture. Previously, as the Manager of Client Programming, Tom led a team that developed freight payment processing solutions and customer-facing applications. Tom's career at Cass Information Systems began as a Senior Programmer Analyst from February 1985 to February 1989, where Tom developed solutions for freight payment systems and automated reporting tools. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and has also studied at the Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and Saint Louis Community College-Forest Park.
