Ben Leith

Ben Leith is a partner at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, specializing in real estate financings and lending transactions. Previously, in their role as counsel at McCarthy Tétrault, they focused on commercial mortgage lending and led the firm's initiative on cost-effective solutions for clients. Ben also served as a senior associate at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where they managed complex debt financing transactions and contributed to various firm initiatives. They obtained their H.B.A. from the Ivey Business School at Western University and an LL.B. from Western University, both completing their degrees with distinction.
