Brian Temins

Brian Temins is a Partner at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, where they focus on mergers and acquisitions, as well as private equity transactions, particularly for growth-oriented owner-operated and family-owned businesses across North America. With extensive experience in share purchase transactions, asset acquisitions, and commercial matters, they provide strategic solutions aligned with clients' business objectives. Previously, Brian served as the Managing Partner at Minden Gross LLP and held associate positions at Goodman and Carr LLP and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Brian holds an LL.B. in Law and an MBA in Business/Finance from York University, along with a B.A. in Philosophy from The University of Western Ontario. They currently serve on the board of a charitable organization and as an officer and director of several private investment companies.
