Jen Hansen

Jen Hansen is a Partner at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, where they co-chair the Cassels Mining Group and are a member of the Executive Committee. With a legal background that includes a J.D. from The University of Western Ontario and a BAH from Queen's University, they specialize in representing public mining companies in complex transactions such as business combinations and regulatory compliance. Prior to their role at Cassels, Jen worked as a Sales Representative at OLG from 2003 to 2007.
