Omar Soliman

Omar Soliman is a partner in the Business Law Group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, specializing in M&A, private equity, and capital markets. They have previously held positions as an associate in corporate law at both Stikeman Elliott LLP and McCarthy Tétrault LLP, and served as a consultant at Daisy Consulting Group. Omar also worked as a special assistant in the Office of the Hon. Tim Hudak during their tenure at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario. They earned an LLB/BCL from McGill University, a Master of Science from Columbia University, and a HBA in Politics from the University of Toronto.
