Marcelo Reis has over 33 years of experience in the healthcare industry, starting their career at Unimed Itabuna as an office boy and advancing to the position of Financial Coordinator. They worked at Unimed Metropolitana de Salvador as a Medical Accounts Manager before joining CASSI, where they currently serve as a Senior Health Management Analyst. In this role, Marcelo has focused on cost reduction and process automation, leading various health negotiation projects and enhancing financial performance. Marcelo also completed an MBA in Environmental Management for Companies from W-Pos between 2011 and 2012.
