A Eurasian and Marseilles-based visual artist born in Paris, Cassie Theogene has been hesitating since she was 20 between higher education and the art world, exhibiting her works and those of artists who resemble her. 

Inhabited by music and inveterate reader, divided between creation, openness and derision: "My art is animal and strongly non-conceptual, purely decorative", she says mischievously, to let everyone get lost and then find themselves again, in her lit, mechanized, interactive and engaged compositions.

Her origins, her life path, 35 years of experimentation with multiple techniques, materials and bricolages, her triple background as a sociologist, psychologist and artist, rooted in the arts of the early 20th century, produce syncretic works in which African, Asian, industrial, musical, introspective and dreamlike influences are absorbed and echoed.
Respect for difference, North-South dialogue, the solitude of men, the power of benevolence, movement and its hindrances are at the heart of her work, and Cassie offers you above all the freedom to appropriate her stories.
