Terilyn Juarez Monroe is an experienced executive with a robust background in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Guardant Health since January 2024. As Chair of the Board and Board Member for CASSY, an organization addressing youth mental health, Terilyn is committed to social impact. Previously, as Chief People Officer at Bonterra and Varian, Terilyn drove organizational strategy and culture transformation within both companies. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Acxiom and Intuit, where Terilyn contributed to significant company growth and M&A readiness. Terilyn's foundational career began in communications, acquiring a Bachelor's degree in Communication from San Jose State University.

CASSY is a Silicon Valley nonprofit agency that partners with local schools to support students' social and emotional well-being through crisis intervention, ongoing counseling and proactive mental health education. Our mission is to de-stigmatize mental health services and make supporting students’ social and emotional well-being the norm in our local schools. We want to provide all students with the continuity of support they need, from the first day of kindergarten until they graduate from high school, to be successful in school and in life.
