Prabin Kumar

Prabin Kumar is a seasoned professional in technology and account management with extensive experience in driving product adoption and customer success. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Account Manager at CAST since May 2019, Prabin tailors solutions to meet the unique objectives of enterprise customers while managing the technical aspects of various products. Prior to this, Prabin held roles at Capgemini, including Technical Account Manager and Technical Manager, where leadership in managing teams and optimizing CAST solutions was emphasized. Prabin's career also includes a tenure at CAST as a Senior Consultant and earlier roles as Project Lead and Software Engineer at ESSPL, where full lifecycle development and team capacity building were essential responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in IT and Marketing from Xavier Institute of Management and a MCA from BPUT.
