Rafael Cal has over three decades of experience in IT consulting and software management. Currently serving as the Technical Director for Iberia and LatAm at CAST since 2016, Rafael helps organizations enhance their software assets through advanced Software Mapping and Intelligence technologies. Previously, Rafael held leadership roles, including Branch Manager at Capgemini and CTO at NEXDATA, where they significantly impacted business development and application services. Rafael earned a degree in Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Valencia and a Master's in Strategic Management and Innovation from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
