André Dolfini

André Dolfini has a diverse work experience spanning several different roles and companies. André began their career as a Student Assistant at San Jose State University in 1999. André then joined TOTVS in 2000, where they held various positions such as Corporate Quality Management Coordinator, Senior Project Analyst of the Software Engineering Process Group, and Business Consulting. During their time at TOTVS, they were responsible for implementing ERP systems, coordinating test automation tools, and achieving significant revenue and efficiency improvements. In 2011, André joined Cast Group as a Junior Manager of Quality and Corporate Governance, where they were responsible for managing the Corporate Quality plan and ensuring the high performance of the group's administration. André then advanced to the role of Senior Strategy and Corporate Governance Manager, where they provided strategic advice, managed business strategies, and identified and managed risks. André's most recent role at Cast Group is as the Head of Governance and Strategic Planning, where they are responsible for IT strategy, digital transformation, and optimizing the group's portfolio, products, and business plans.

André Dolfini has a degree in Economic Sciences from Centro Universitário Padre Anchieta, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. André also holds an MBA in E-Business and Business Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, which they obtained in 2003. In addition to their degrees, André has obtained several certifications, including Customer Experience Management from FIAP, Fundamentos da Transformação Digital from LinkedIn, International Business Foundations from LinkedIn, Certified CMMI Associate from ISACA London Chapter, and others.
