Renato Góes is an experienced IT professional with a background in infrastructure management and support. Currently serving as an Analista de Infraestrutura Windows Web at Cast Informática S.A. since April 2014, Renato is responsible for IT infrastructure, planning, and new projects. Prior positions include administering networks for 2,500 users at Work Telemarketing and providing on-site user support and remote support for branches across Brazil at TEMPO ASSIST. Renato's technical expertise includes hardware maintenance, backup routines, and server management, complemented by a solid educational foundation in Computer Science from Universidade Paulista and a Technical degree in Informatics from Instituto Técnico de Barueri.
