Tom First

Tom First is an accomplished entrepreneur and operating partner with extensive experience in the beverage industry. As the founder of Culture Pop Soda and TF Ventures, as well as serving as an operating partner at Stride Consumer Partners and Castanea Partners, Tom has demonstrated a strong commitment to driving growth and innovation. Tom co-founded Nantucket Nectars Juice Company and played a pivotal role as managing partner at First Beverage Group, a firm specializing in financial services for the beverage sector. Tom also owned Concord Provision, a natural foods store, and served as chairman of OWATER, a fitness drink brand. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Brown University.
