Francis Li

Francis Li currently serves as the General Manager for Castbox in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Francis worked as a Talent Manager at ZhenFund from April 2021 to September 2025, overseeing portfolio management and various talent projects, including ZhenAlumni and ZhenIntern. Additional experience includes serving as the Personnel Director for the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympics Organizing Committee from October 2020 to April 2022. Francis holds a Master's degree in Management from Renmin University of China and a Bachelor's degree in Management from Liaoning University, supplemented by studies at the University of Cambridge.
