Logan Oster

Logan Oster is a skilled Materials Engineer currently employed at Castelion since July 2025. Prior to this role, Logan worked as a Materials & Process Engineer at Supernal from August 2023 to July 2025, where responsibilities included materials and process development, materials characterization, testing, and hands-on manufacturing in aerospace environments. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington from September 2022 to August 2023, Logan led research projects in collaboration with Convergent US, focusing on materials characterization and processing of thermoplastic carbon fiber composites for automated placement. Logan's earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington, where involvement centered on processing 3D printed Ti6Al4V tensile specimens and performing mechanical testing. Logan holds a Master's degree in Materials Science & Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the University of Washington, as well as an Associate of Science in Engineering from Everett Community College.
