Michele Lower has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Michele began their career at Intermountain Healthcare in 2005 as an RN Care Manager and later became an RN Nurse Manager. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Regional Nurse Consultant before transitioning to the role of Clinical Quality Manager in 2012. In 2016, they joined the leadership team as a System Clinical Informatics Director, where they worked on implementing electronic medical record systems. Michele then moved on to become the Ambulatory and Community Care Management Director at Intermountain Healthcare from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they joined Castell, an Intermountain Healthcare Company, as the Ambulatory and Community Care Management Director before returning to Intermountain Healthcare in 2022 as the Executive Nurse Director for the Intermountain UT Medical Group. Through their various roles, Michele has gained extensive experience in ambulatory care, clinical informatics, and leadership in healthcare organizations.
Michele Lower has a strong educational background in the field of nursing. From 1990 to 1992, they attended Weber State University and obtained an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Building upon this foundation, they pursued further education at Western Governors University from 2014 to 2016, where they earned a Master's Degree in Nursing Administration.
