Founded in 2003, Castellum is an award winning prime construction company offering both a turnkey Design and Build solution and outstanding levels of service as a Main Contractor. We build exceptional homes for discerning clients, architects, and consultants. We also develop and sell our own projects. We cover London and the South Western Home Counties from our London and Surrey offices, and we cover Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire from our office in the Cotswolds.

Castellum offers both a turnkey Design and Build solution and Main Contracting. The management team has extensive construction experience, but also expertise with project and operational management. 

We strive to bring value to our clients and deliver projects of the highest quality by uniting these skills. We recognise the importance and appeal of discretion and each project is managed at Board Director level. Projects range from new builds, to agricultural conversions and the refurbishment and extensions of existing homes, including listed buildings and country house estates.
