Lars Eric Muth

Lars Eric Muth has extensive experience in property management and valuation, with a career spanning several decades in the real estate sector. Muth began as a property valuer at AB Arsenalen within the SEB group from April 1984 to August 1996, where responsibilities included valuation and analysis of large properties, particularly during the bank crisis of the early 1990s. Muth then co-founded Fastighetsstrategi AB, serving as an authorized property appraiser from August 1996 to November 2006, focusing on economic investigations and commercial property valuation. Subsequently, Muth worked at Vasakronan as a property manager from November 2006 to July 2010, overseeing six commercial properties in the Stockholm region. Following this, Muth was employed at GE Capital Real Estate from July 2010 to December 2013 as a property manager, managing properties primarily in Stockholm's city and its suburbs. Muth then served as a property manager at Kungsleden from December 2013 to October 2022, before taking the role of commercial property manager at Castellum in October 2022, currently focusing on commercial properties in southern Greater Stockholm.
