Tim Gray is the Vice President of Business Development and Capture at Castellum Inc. since April 2025, where responsibilities include leading business development efforts and cultivating partnerships. Tim is also an active member of the Information Professionals Association, serving as the Southeast regional community of interest lead since September 2023. Previously, Tim worked at Parsons Corporation from August 2020 to April 2025, including roles as Business Development Manager, Portfolio Manager overseeing a $150M P&L, and Senior Cyber Program Manager. Tim served as Senior Cyber Program Manager at ManTech from May 2018 to August 2020. Additionally, Tim was a Brand Ambassador for Hire our Heroes from October 2017 to October 2019, attending various events as a Marine Veteran. Tim Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University.
