Carl Ballard

Carl Ballard is an experienced supply chain professional with a background in purchasing, planning, and logistics. Currently serving as a Supply Chain Specialist/Buyer at Caster Connection since December 2018, Carl has a diverse career that includes roles as Senior Planner at Zyvex Performance Materials and Zyvex Marine from 2008 to 2017, and Zyvex Technologies Inc. from 2007 to 2017. Prior experience includes over 19 years as a Supply Chain Specialist at Honeywell Sensing and Control/Sensotec and as Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager at Berkley Small, where Carl contributed to a successful plant startup resulting in $10 million in sales within four years. Carl holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management from the University of Akron, completed in 1985.
