Lee Genick

Lee Genick has over 30 years of experience in the film and television industry. In 2021, they began working as the Director of Casting and Production Relations for Everyset (formerly Castifi). In this role, they are responsible for leveraging their extras casting experience across projects to ensure client success, bringing in new clients, and offering full service extras casting, digital voucher, and payroll.

From 2017 to 2021, Lee was President/CEO/Partner of Delux Pay, where they created a payroll system to be used in the film and television industry, developed the Delux Pay payroll systems to work in conjunction with HR platforms for use across all industries, and was responsible for business to business development, client relations, and asset management.

From 1988 to 2006, Lee was President/CEO/Owner of Sylvia Fay/Lee Genick & Associates Casting, a New York area background casting company for film, television, and streaming content. Lee cast background performers for hundreds of film & television projects as well as online content, including some of the finest films ever made.

From 2006 to 2017, Lee was Co-Owner of Cold Spring Productions.

Lee Genick attended New England College from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a B.A. in Communications with a focus in Film & Television.
