Devan Ortegon, EIT, is a dedicated civil engineer with a robust background in infrastructure development and project management. Currently employed at Castillo Engineering as a Civil Engineer, Devan has established foundational infrastructure for the Civil Department and authored a comprehensive Civil Manual. Previous experience includes serving as a Civil Analyst at Kimley-Horn, where Devan led the design for residential and commercial sites, and as a Design Engineer II at Atwell, LLC, focusing on solar panel land development. Other roles encompass civil estimating, traffic engineering, and civil internships, contributing to a range of projects from road resurfacing to stormwater management. Devan holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and an Associate of Arts in Civil Engineering from South Florida State College.
