Nathan McFarland

Nathan McFarland is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and operations. As the founder of CastingWords.com since November 2005, Nathan has led the development of an online transcription service that leverages Amazon's Mechanical Turk workforce. Prior to this, Nathan held positions at prominent organizations including Los Alamos National Laboratory as a programmer, Wildseed as a senior Java engineer, FatCow as a senior software engineer, AdRelevance/Jupiter Media Metrix as a software engineer, and Destinations.com as a web programmer. Nathan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Jacksonville University from 1992 to 1996.
