Rachel Pearson

Rachel Pearson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and entrepreneurship. As a co-founder of CastingWords, an online transcription service, Rachel has contributed significantly to leveraging crowd-based solutions since November 2005. Prior to this venture, Rachel worked at Los Alamos National Laboratory from February 2003 to May 2007 as a Software Developer, focusing on the Influenza Sequence Database within the T-10 group. Additional roles include programming at Ursus Technologies and web development at Destinations.com. Rachel holds a B.S. in Applied Computational and Mathematical Sciences from the University of Washington and completed studies at Vassar College.
