Joyce Lin

Joyce Lin has extensive experience in global sales management and business development within the technology sector. Currently serving at castLabs since September 2013, Joyce focuses on end-to-end content security solutions across the APAC and EMEA markets, overseeing activities such as pricing strategy, customer acquisition, and account management, while leading a sales team to enhance global market growth. Prior roles include Business Development Manager at Gemtek Technologies, where Joyce developed new customer relationships for various IPTV products, and Sales Manager at Discretix, specializing in DRM solutions in the mobile and STB industries. Additionally, Joyce has held procurement and negotiation roles with Qisda Corporation and BenQ-Siemens Mobile. Educational qualifications include an MBA from National Sun Yat-Sen University and an exchange program at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, alongside a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from National Taiwan University of Science and Technology.
