We finance jobs via PPA (Power Purchase Agreements), and are always looking for investment partners.   IRRs are very good ranging between 12-22% depending on structure for the investors.  We have a process for evaluating Host credit, as well as locking in SREC (renewable energy credits) returns via long-term contracts.  Project hosts see immediate energy savings and hedge against the rising energy costs.  We also provide leasing options for customers who choose to go solar with an operating lease.
