Castle OS Group is an enterprise Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) engineering sovereign network physics for public sector finance.South African municipalities and state entities lose billions annually to irregular expenditure because legacy ERP systems rely on retroactive compliance. By the time an auditor discovers a PFMA, MFMA, or mSCOA violation, the capital has already left the treasury. We do not audit irregular expenditure. We annihilate it at the network edge. Our proprietary ReasonGate architecture deploys a Layer-7 Envoy Wasm proxy directly within a sovereign firewall. Operating at sub-millisecond latency ($T=0$), it intercepts outgoing encrypted payloads, evaluates the transaction against the live Central Supplier Database (CSD) and statutory matrices, and executes a kinetic network drop on illegal payments before they ever reach the banking gateway. To guarantee absolute pre-emptive immunity from the Auditor-General (AGSA), every routing decision is mathematically canonicalized, hashed (SHA-256), and anchored out-of-band to an independent European eIDAS node.We separate state financial compliance from legacy application architecture, providing Chief Financial Officers with mathematical certainty and zero-trust enforcement.
