Eric Anstee

Eric Anstee is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in senior management and governance roles. Currently serving as the Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at Castle Trust since February 2020, Eric also operates as the Owner of Anstee Associates since January 2007. Notably, Eric held the position of Non-Executive Director at Insight Investment until February 2024, as well as various non-executive roles at One Savings Bank plc, Sun Life Financial of Canada (UK), Vocalink Holdings Limited, and PayPoint plc. Eric's prior executive experience includes serving as Chief Executive of City of London Group plc and as CEO of ICAEW, where Eric was the first Chief Executive. Educational qualifications include a position as a visiting professor in Accountancy at Metropolitan University, London, following studies at City, University of London and St. Albans School.
