Castlehaven Construction is an Atlanta-based luxury renovation firm with over 20 years of experience across Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, Brookhaven, and greater Atlanta.
We specialize in whole-home renovations, kitchens, primary suites, bathrooms, basements, and outdoor living spaces — built on a foundation of precision planning, premium materials, and unwavering attention to detail.
Every project begins with a Pre-Construction Agreement — a structured planning process that locks in scope, selections, and fixed pricing before construction starts. No allowances. No mid-build surprises. No change orders from decisions made under pressure.
Our team — led by owner Adam Pollock — brings together licensed construction management, in-house design services, and dedicated project managers who treat your home with the same care they'd give their own.
State Licensed General Contractor — RBCO004075
EPA Certified · BBB Accredited · 2024 Best of Dunwoody — Porch & Deck Design
Don't just live in it. Love it.
