Eric Roedel

Eric Roedel is a seasoned finance leader specializing in middle office strategy and operational excellence, particularly within private equity, private credit, and institutional finance. They currently serve as a Senior Director at Castlelake, where they focus on ESG initiatives. Previously, Eric held various roles at Castlelake, including Director and Senior Manager, and began their career at RBC Wealth Management as a Team Lead.
