Lynette Tay serves as the Head of Customer Experience at Castlery since September 2020, following a successful tenure at Carousell, where roles included Head of Customer Experience and Head of Marketplace Experience from June 2017 to June 2020. Lynette has a strong background in customer experience management, with accomplishments such as driving CSAT performance, leading self-service initiatives, and managing P&L across multiple markets. Previous experience includes leading training operations for APAC at Airbnb and significant customer service roles in organizations such as OCBC Bank and Qik. Lynette holds a Physics degree from the National University of Singapore and has completed an entrepreneurship program at Stanford University.
