Experience includes roles as an Interior Architect at CannonDesign from July 2016 to February 2018, where innovative thinking and efficient project management were emphasized. Prior involvement at Rhode Island School of Design included positions as a Teaching Assistant in the Digital Fabrication lab, Technical Assistant managing the department's website, and Research Assistant on the Woven Building Systems project. From January 2019 to January 2021, Ru Chen served as an Interior Architect at Kokaistudios, followed by partnership at XT Design&Research Studios until February 2024.
