Stephen Tan

Stephen Tan has extensive experience in logistics operations, having worked as the Head of Global Logistics Operations at Castlery since September 2014. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Program Manager at Sagawa Express Singapore Pte Ltd. Stephen has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Bradford. Stephen is responsible for optimizing logistics processes, managing relationships with 3PL partners, overseeing distribution hubs operations, and implementing technology enhancements. Stephen also focuses on managing logistics costs, developing efficient strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
