Sean Monaghan

Sean Monaghan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and operations within various industries. Currently serving as the Global Quality Director at Castolin Eutectic since January 2023, responsibilities include overseeing Quality Management and Health & Safety across the organization. Previous roles include Management Consultant at The Cosmetic Consultancy, Head of Operations at The Handmade Soap Company, and Head of Operations at Clive Christian Perfume, with a focus on supply chain, product development, and regulatory compliance. Sean has also led manufacturing improvement projects and has significant expertise in quality assurance through positions held at Oriflame and other companies. Sean holds a B.Sc in Chemistry from the University of Bristol and has furthered education at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
